Feature request: The ability to set a discord server so that it mentions you whenever someone uses a word or phrase of your choosing

This is a fantastically useful feature that Skype has. On Skype I would set it so that I would get a mention every time that somebody said my name, my nicknames, or a few words related to my interests, such as my favorite video games and rock bands.

The ability to set a discord server so that it mentions you whenever someone uses a word or phrase of your choosing could be added to the notification settings of each server. There could be a checkbox labeled "Mention me when these words/phrases are used..." and if you select it, an input box appears where you can add whichever words you would like to be mentioned for.

There could also be an option to do this in Discord settings for when you want to get mentioned for topics in ALL servers.

I think a feature like this would be awesome. Users would have the option of being alerted to when their favorite topics, or important topics are being discussed which would make it easier to reply in a timely fashion.

IRC-esque stalk words?

That was a neat feature, back in the days, as you could choose whether or not someone calling you by a nickname was a ping, without having to ask them to @mention you or not; even change what pings you per-channel or based on how active you feel like being that day. I'd bet many moderators would love to get pinged in response to certain phrases often used by troublemakers (I guess they could have a bot PM them, quoting the line with a message link, though that would be a worse experience overall if they had the channel open already, and wouldn't highlight the offending message).
