Divider Lines?

It's been quite awhile since the infamous update that removed Divider Lines. I have not gotten used to them being gone. In order to sort of replicate their effect, I've had to keep my Space Between Message Groups set to 24px. I want to make it clear that setting the SBMG to 24px is not completely solving the issue, but it's better than nothing. The lack of Divider Lines has caused accessibility issues for multiple people, and while this may not be an accessibility concern for me personally, it is still uncomfortable to read, especially if my SBMG is not set to 24px. Last time the issue was brought up, we got no clear answer whatsoever. Infact, it seemed to be leaning toward the answer No. Now that it's been so long, can we get a clear answer? Are they going to be coming back as an Accessibility option, like the Dark Sidebar, or have they been completely dumped?
