Suggestion: Message Viewed.

My suggestion is that once you send the message to someone once they view it a little thing pops up in the corner of the message saying the other person viewed it. The pop up could say "Message viewed by (User)". In case of a server, once everyone views your message it can say "Message viewed by server".

  I love discord because of many things, and one of those things is that ppl can't see if I read it or not.
