Search Bar Overhaul

Though the Search bar is a fantastic tool it is also a lackluster tool

Two things I feel are missing a lot

1) Floating Page Back/Forward

Notice after you do a search when you scroll down the the # of Results, Newest, Oldest and Most Relevant options are "Floating" They always stay there and everything goes underneath it. In Excel you go do the same thing and its called "Frozen Cells"

To access the [Next Page] and [Back Page] buttons you have to scroll all the way to the bottom.

A change to make this like the Results so it's always at the bottom after a search has been done

2) NOT's

We currently have great search-ability by using the Set options

A NOT feature would be amazing this way you could do
From: user  NOT In #general NOT has image has file
as an example for finding everything from a specific user that is not in the #general channel that does not have an image but has a file. NOT can be a search option that is just there and looks for the next Search Option. If looking for NOT [Sentence] maybe a 'in quotes' section will work

This can greatly improve our search ability especially if we have been in the Discord Server for many years and/or posts a lot
