Hiding someone's Profile Picture

I think it'd be nice if we could go on a user's profile and click a button so that we can hide their profile picture, but we can still talk to them (without blocking or ignoring them.)
This could be helpful if you have a friend that has a triggering profile picture, like something out of a horror movie or just something you don't like, but still retain the ability to text each other.
