Muting Webhooks

In servers, the webhooks are unblockable things that announce random crap most people dont care about.

For example, Anouncements from other servers.

What my idea is that to be able to mute them, Or atleast make them minimised. As there are multiple times i dont want to see announcements from X Server, but the servers admins think its very important for us to see them.
