Showing a indication near custom status when someone is doing something

Like in a title, it would be nice to see if someone who set their custom status is playing or listening.

Right now we need to go to full profile to do that if a game doesn't support Rich Presence (If game supports Rich Presence or user is listening via Spotify there is a icon indicating: 

There could be a joypad or note icon near custom status to indicate that user is doing somethind regardless of Rich Presence.

Additionally, it could be used to show if user is doing multiple things - note indicator when playing or joypad icon when listening, depends which was first.
