Personal message filter

I think it'd be useful, especially for those affected by trauma or other mental illnesses/disabilities, to have a personal message filter. For example, if I am triggered by the name "Kai" I can put that word in my personal message filter and either all messages containing the word will be filtered out, or the word will be censored.
