Nitro users should be able to set an "idle" and "active" avatar (Or skip first frame in PFP animation)
Hey, I'm having a bit of a conflict. I have a commissioned avatar I want to use everywhere but wanted to keep my old animated avatar. So I made the new avatar the first frame and the old one be the rest of the GIF so I could have both! But, every time it loops the new one flashes for a split second. I tried making it an APNG and cutting off the first frame, but that didn't quite work either since even though it skipped the first frame, my idle avatar also skipped the first frame, so it idles on the second frame.
So in short, I want the idle avatar (which is currently always the first frame of your animated avatar) to be different from the animated one (hovering over or selecting me and other actions that play the animated GIF), and as you may have guessed by the "idle" and "active" avatars mean this, which is what I am going to refer to them as from now on.
So, my solutions to this are:
1. When the first frame is skipped with the APNG format, show skipped frame during the "idle" avatar, but the "active" avatar does not show the first frame
2. Nitro users get a "Skip first frame" tick box which basically just does the above but would also work for GIFs
3. Being able to set your "active" and "idle" avatars as two different images, eliminating the need to put your "idle" avatar in the first frame of your animated image file.
