Emoji Wrapping - [MINOR / EASY FIX / QoL] - Emoji-add button probably shouldn't wrap to the bottom

Notice that the space in the right is more than enough for the little add-emoji icon, but instead it wraps to the bottom left due to all the emoji's and 3-digit numbers taking up too much space.

Decrease the padding or something, right?

Also, perhaps the icon simply shouldn't be there upon full emojis being achieved... but that's subjective, just see if you can't fix the wrapping? Hell this might be a non issue given these are designed to wrap on smaller displays.

    I'll delete this quickly if I'm in the wrong here. It's a super minor thing but I figured I'd bring it up in case it's relevant.
