Adding a switch to enable the more gaming targeted funkyness

With the change of focus of discord, some of the funky things like the loading messages have been removed or changed. Which i think is unfortunate. I would recommend adding a switch. Let loose or something. When enabled, the gaming and funky things would return. Leeeroy Jenkins, abstracting the rummage disc etc..
