Twitch MEE6 Bot stream start promotional notifications

Hi,

I follow Twitch Streamers who have a discord Server with a "Promotional" channel for many of the same Streamers. So that when a Twitch Streamer starts a Twitch stream I get startup notifications from many discord Servers in my discord, for the same Streamers. I have to go through and acknowledge them all, one by one, for EACH discord Server.

If I acknowledge one startup Streamer, say "Freda", in one discord Server surely discord should automatically acknowledge "Freda" in all the discord Servers that currently promote her so that I don't have to do it for every Server mentioning "Freda".

I follow a lot of Streamers on Twitch and have a lot of discord Servers and I get so many notifications for the same Twitch Streamers starting up every few minutes.

I don't want to turn even some of them off as I might miss one of my followed Streamers starting up.

Surely if I acknowledge one Streamer it should "clear" ALL notifications for that Streamer currently active.

Or at least this should be an optional setting.
