Develop commands to send messages/texts to other users/text channels

Discord team could develop some command to send a message to a certain channel or user without me having to do the whole process of searching for channel/user. For example: I am in the "general" text channel and I want to send text to the "voice-1" channel... I could enter a code that sends from the text channel I am (general) to the "voice-1" text channel . Example: General channel. I type: ": send-to #voice-1 [and then I type the text]". This model could also serve  to send "DMs" to other users.

This would be interesting because every time I want to type a command to put music in a bot I have to go to another text channel or something like that, this way of sending a message would make life very easy for a discord user.
