Ability to disable Emoji usage

Basically, i've seen so many servers where people spam emojis for no reason, so what i'm suggesting, is that you should have the ability to disable usage of Discord emojis and Server emojis seperately for roles, and so that you can also use Server emojis even when Discord emojis are disabled, and vice-versa.

  and also allow disabling of emojis in digital messages whether they're from friends or random people from a server as well. I'm so tired of being spammed with emojis
