Allow for nicknames in private group chat. (PLEASE)

I have a private group chat with all the student executives of our club, but we are forced to use our account names and not change to our real names making is confusing to remember who is who. Nicknames are already a function of discord, so I'm hoping to this can be done without to much hassle.

For me, I see this as a major hump for people using discord group messages more, I hate using messenger but it shows what peoples names are. It would be even more awesome if I could give nicknames on my account only to PMs between people so I can change it to their real name and it'll make it sooo much easier to reference back to chats and not have to remember what their screen name is.

    i want this too! my friend and i want to make our dumb inside jokes without creating an entire server for 2!! but it would also be helpful for people who are using discord for like, important stuff like you are.
