Add Read Receipts

Often times I find myself in a situation where I want to know if the person on the other side read my message. So, I want discord to add read receipts like most messaging apps have, as I think it’s a good feature.

    I think in some contexts it's a really useful feature. It's likely something you'd like to have control over per channel. Handling things properly in the context of invisible users might be challenging, but hopefully nothing insurmountable. Btw, this is a dup of this feedback.
