Slow mode

if slow mode timer is set at say 6 hours and a user posts their cooldown is 6 hours, but say a moderator changes that channels slowmode to say 15 seconds, that user who posted is still at a 6 hour cooldown, how about updating client-side too and not just server-side. Its highly annoying.
