Invite link opens Discord in wrong Windows account

I got 2 Windows (10) accounts on my PC, one private and one for work. When I'm doing something for work, I just change to the work account but don't sign out of my private account because I'll return to it later after I'm done.

I use discord with the same discord account on both windows accounts. If I click on an invite link in my work account while still being logged into my private windows account, the invite link triggers the discord app, BUT only on my private account. So to accept the invitation, I need to change over to my private windows account, accept the invitation and then return to my work account.

Would be cool if discord tries to use the active app instance first instead of the one that was started first. Alternatively, opening the instance that was interacted with last might also be a solution.
