Example: In status quo, when there are a large number of Roles, editing permissions for one of the bottom-most Roles requires that we scroll down to select the Role and then scroll back up all the way to edit one of the upper permissions for the Role. If permissions for multiple bottom Roles are required to be edited, the scrolling becomes too cumbersome.
As a solution, it should be possible to scroll the Roles column independent of the Role Name/Color/Settings/Permissions section.
