Add markdown text allowing editing messages by other users

Hi,

I use discord to manage communities like many others and have channels dedicated to rules/team comps etc. 

I feel it would be very useful if discord enables individual messages to be editable by others. This would allow for easy collaboration and reduce the abuse case massively compared to just allowing admins to edit any message.

E.g. <<Hello World!>> could allow others to edit this message. This would be useful particularly in admin-only channels.

    Would be a pretty cool feature to manage raid comps as they tend to be very dynamic due to managing absences etc and allowing a 'fluid-messaging system' like this would help manage large communities of 10+ people. :D
