Can’t access account because I didn’t add phone number

I was sending invites for a roblox game and then it wouldn’t let me send anymore because it said that I am starting too many new dms. All of a sudden it took me to a screen that says that “we’ve detected something out of the ordinary going on.To continue with discord we will need you to verify your account”My account is already verified with my email but it wants me to verify with my phone number.Sadly I didn’t add my phone number to it yet so now I can’t use my account.Pls can you fix this or let me back into my account

  Same thing. I need help since i didnt add my phone number to my discord account neither cant i access my discord account. i need help. I sent a request appeal about it to discord and a tweet in discord's dm's and haven't respodned yet. I dont know what to do.
