I reported a pedophile but no action was taken, what should I do?

This guy (21 m) keeps on harassing me and my friends and has made over 5 alt accounts on Discord and other social medias just because my underage friend (13 f) came out to us about him crushing on her and setting up a whole date and everything.
I provided evidence but no action was taken since his account is still up and running, especially since he recently communicated with my friend who was trying to convince him to stop harassing us since discord hasn't terminated his account.

What do I do? It's been 3 months and he won't stop.

    Lol discord rarely ever takes action the most you'll get is a email from a bot or a copy and paste from a real human saying they will ''investigate'' it! idk what to tell you

    If it gets to that point where no action has been taken but the harrasment still countinues you should contact your local authorities/ local police department or service.
