Allow group owners to enable Classic screensharing.

I have many issues with the new Go Live feature.

- I can't see what I am screensharing, say im playing a game and screensharing a Chrome window behind my game. It will say it is minimized or it wont show me what the video is doing. Before it would screenshare minimized windows / show me what im screensharing. Thats a feature that you removed.

- I have to ALT+TAB to my Discord window and click Watch. That is a extra unceccisary step.

- My screenshare quality sucks now. Ever since this change I screenshare at 1080p with Nitro then it just tanks lower than 480p. Before this, it was always high quality.

I get you want to streamline your new encoding, UI, blah blah. But please. The experience I have on it is absolute horse crap. So, this is why for group owners, they can go into a Group Settings panel and change icon, name, etc. and also enable Classic Screenshare for all participants. I doubt you will listen to us anyway. Its worth a shot, though.
