I have a little suggestion but can help the support.
My suggestion is a button for stop the request (If we have solved the problem or come to an agreement with a malicious person).
A button like "Mark as resolved" but when the request is just sent and not taken into account.
This could allow, I think, to always have a few less requests, for my part, I sent requests when I had found a solution or an agreement and therefore, that the staffs still took it into account.
