Administrator Channel View Switch

Administrators don't need to view all the channels, maybe remove their ability to view all the channels through a button in role settings, such as under Administrator. 

For example, if I would like to split my Administration Team into departments, I don't want them to mind in other departments. Another example is for a Beta User channel only, whereas I don't want people who didn't purchase Beta to be able to access the channel just because they are Administrators.
