Losing my Nitro subscription after 1 day of using it

After being gifted nitro and using it for 1 day, I have lost the ability to use my emotes and lost the nitro badge aswell. If anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me.

    Hey!
    I may have Solution for this.
    It is possible, that the used that gifted it cracked it (Used a valid Credit Card that was cracked etc.), so discord HAS the right to deactivate the nitro if the gifter was banned and caught buying it with not his info
