Gif isnt playing until i go with my mouse to the gif

why is that not working i dont want to go with my mouse cursor on the gif but i still want that its playing

  If the gif isn't automatically playing it's because the "reduced motion" is activated!
  
  To desactivate it go in Settings > Appearance > Scroll down to reduce motion and you'll see a "sync with computer" option.

  ah yes it is because "reduced motion" is activated 
  To deactivate it GO IN SETTING>ACCESSIBILITY>OFF THE 'ENABLE REDUCED MOTION'
