Flair/Tag alongside user's name that indicates a role they have
Dear Discord-Team,
We all know that bots have a significant blue rectangular tag with text "BOT" alongside their name to indicate that the user is a bot. I have an idea of allowing members in Discord to add a similar tag alongside their name which indicates what role they have to put it in a spotlight in the current server they're in only in text/voice chat.
So, let's take for example Reddit. They have a feature called flairs, which are tags or something like that alongside by their name (EX: u/Person [Flair] ) and can be custom or even a single image. Since bots in Discord has it, why not allow the same feature for all members too, except the tag will depend from the role they posses.
For example: there's a role named "Owner" with green color, everyone who has the role in a certain server will have a rectangular tag similar to bots that appears alongside their name/nickname with same name and color, thus the tag will be green and "Owner" text inside it.
Someone [Owner] Today at 3:45 PM
This might be useful to instantly spot staff members in a server (Mods, Admins, Co-owners, Owners etc.) or distinguished members in the voice/text chat without having to click the member's pfp. Also useful in those servers which have too many roles and color may not be enough to distinguish them.
The tag appearance may toggled in the role settings and make it limited (only 1,2,3 etc. tags can be shown per member) to prevent chaos. Also i'd the idea of making it in order from left to right depending on role hierarchy and if the limit is only one, display the one with the role that stands higher.
I'd like this feature to be a thing someday to make it easier for members with a "special" role to be spotted.
