On Windows 10 if you are friends with someone and they go live there's a notification that the friend went live. However if the friend mutes or unmutes this notification is sent again. This can result in a lot of spam if the friend stream mutes or unmutes a lot. I assume the notification being resent whenever a mute or unmute occurs is a bug.
