How long does it take to get a human response from discord?

I've had my account disabled because of a misunderstanding. I own discords with 40,000+ total members and I've only gotten BOT responses. Does anyone know how long it takes for an actual human response?

    Hey, what to hear.
    I myself am not of discord support either. However, it can often take a while before you get a specific human answer.

    The best thing to do is to explain your story well via the helpdesk 1. Then we look at what can be done about it.
    Certainly in view of the bustle of COVID 19, such a person will be less likely to be picked up.

    This issue with that is I cannot sign into it using my email of the disabled account because that account is disabled.

    You know your email address and login seems to me?
    Have you been banned because of your age or is there something else that happened?

    One option is to create a temporary alt account and report this problem !?

    I fixed it. I can't be signed into this account if I want to use my disabled accounts email.
