Animated profile picture addition

Since I last had nitro, I always wanted my animated pfp to play more than when people just hovered their cursor over it. I was thinking a nice addition to nitro would be to allow us to make our animated pfp constantly play. It can be disabled and optimized to play only when you are on discord.
