intra-guild links should show rich previews

especially in larger guilds with many channels (but in smaller guilds too!) there's often content that i want to essentially cross-post. For example, the link here is to a chat line in another channel on the same guild:

but there's noooo way whatsoever to know what this link is. Is it a link to a channel in this guilld? another guild? do i have permission to see it (in this case, i do)? who knows. Discord just renders a URL.

why can't i see that the URL just goes to somewhere else on the guildserver? maybe display it similar to plain channel links, like #foobar::fooUser's post HH:MM:SS or something similar that indicates where it's going?

you could even display an inline preview of the chat in question, though there are some complications there--in this case, while the channel is on the same guild, it's a restricted channel, so only some members can see it, but i figure there's some way you could display alternate previews depending on a user's exact permissions.

this probably gets even more complicated if it's a link to another guild, but i figure internal link previews would be a good start.
