My account has been suspended for no reason.

I created a new Discord account and connected to my friends server. However, after a while, the account was suspended, and a text message came by email.

Your account triggered our anti-spam countermeasures in one of the following ways:

sending a large number of unsolicited DM messages in a short span of time.
participating in a server dedicating to spamming Discord users
taking other actions on Discord — for example, joining a ton of servers — faster than humanly possible.

I didn't act out of the rules, but my account get suspension. What should I do?
I have sent an email to Discord. I hope you can respond quickly.
