Auto Publish for Announcement Channels

I believe this would be very useful for communities. Sometimes you forget to hit publish having an option for it to auto publish would save alot of trouble.

  IMO, it would need to be a toggle, per message.  I run a server where the user list getting published would be a problem, and we have a monthly announcement thanking the people who support the server in any way. 

  There would need to be a way to select, per message, if it would be published, but I agree leaving things manual is less than ideal because the vast majority of announcements we post also need to be published.

  Well, would still need this auto-publish without the help from the bot. We have selective news to post on the announcement.
