Blocked users are not blocked.
I have blocked some people but they are only in one direction blocked. Means I can't see what they write but they can still see what I write and they can keep their vicious behavior still ongoing with spreading out there toxicity towards me in the different servers.
Actually they are also not really on one direction blocked I can still see there names when they writing something in the moment they do it. And it's all the time after my Messages so it's not a coincidence. To going sure I wrote a ticket and the support team told me that this is indented. Which is in my eyes not understandable. Maybe only for a toxic guy makes this sense.
That means if I want to hide out them of me completely is my only opportunity to leave the server.
That makes the application really hard to use. So I have actually only my peace for sure on my own server where I can bann them.
I am writing here because one of the support team told me I should do it because the developers are looking on that what the community says. So please if that is annoying you too vote this up and response on that and explain your case.

Yep, Discord's block functionality is a joke, unfortunately. It's one way, it shows the messages just puts a bar over them, and it forces you to unfriend the one you block (thus closing off cross-server DMs).
They need to add a simple "text mute" on/off functionality that removes a user from your view, and you from theirs.
