Backgrounds for Text Channels

I think it would be cool to have a background for text channels, meaning server admins can import an image to make a background for a text channel, to add some extra atmosphere to the channel, which would be visible to all. (Example: #lounge with a sort of lounge area photo.) And, if server members don't find the background great, there could be a button to either set the background to the original background or their own custom one for their client.

I doubt this will come without bugs, though. There will definitely be problems such as the background being too bright or dark for the text, so maybe Discord could make it so only images may come from them?

    I agree! I think this would be nice to theme channels using a background image.

    Even if it was from a shared site like google drive or something--and of course to override the channel's image with nothing if it's offensive or whatnot.
