Discord and Metered Connections

Most of the time, I am on my mobile data and I don't have a really big plan and I'd want to be connected on Discord while not using much data. The problem is, all images are auto loaded, sometimes you may have friends who would never stop spamming images / memes, or you are in a big server and around 200 users' profile pictures get loaded in the server list.

It'd be really cool if you can make Discord respect Windows 10's Metered Connection setting, or if it at least make it have a mode that can reduce data usage, by only loading all profile pictures only that can be seen in screen, loading a low quality version of them, not autoloading GIFs, and warning you before joining a high bitrate channel, etc.
