Make channel mentions in channel topics

It would be cool to be able to mention a channel from your channel topic.

 

For example:

Say your channel is called #general. You edit your channel topic to say something like - '... If things are not related to the server please go to #offtopic'.
I want the #offtopic to be blue so it's clickable just like when you type in a #channel in normal chat.

  They have that now. You can do it by typing 
  
  <#channel_id_here>

   

  So, say your channel id is 123, it would look like this

   

  <#123>
