Low end devices

When I have discord open on my potato pc, discord uses a lot of cpu power and it slows down the whole pc. It would be great if there was like a low power mode or less cpu usage overall. My calls keeps getting disconnected because the pc can’t keep up with the data usage or just gets overwritten in the ram even though it has 8GB ram
