[Feature Request] Ability to toggle voice channel sound effects on member join and leave for specific channels

So imagine you are on a music voice channel and for that purpose you set it so that everyone but the music bot is muted, you do that to avoid noise so that people can listen to the music, but if that channel gets a lot of people joining and leaving you are gonna be bombarded with the sound effect of join and leave, it would be cool to have the option to disable sound effects on specific voice channels in a way that applies to all members on that voice channel and not on any other.
