Feedback on Discord support

Greetings to whomever is reading this.   Today, I would like to come out and explain my experience with users about the Discord support team.    I am not here to get someone fired, or to point fingers at someone, so I will not be addressing names.    I get that the support team uses scripts that is provided to them.   This is why, I am looking for an outcome of the scripts being changed.  

I have been an active member of Discord for MANY years now, the site is amazing, I met many new people, and had mainly good experiences with the community.   My channel I used to have communication was through that site, and it is just better than any other platform out there.  

Well- it is a good platform if you do not get reported by many people that is.  

I have been reported for some stuff MANY times by people who did not like my previous content.    This went to the extent of someone talking to me, then deleting their messages, to take my speech out of context, then reporting me urgently to Discord.   

Within minutes, my Discord account would be suspended, and I would be hopeless, all my work, all my chats, my friends, my community, gone. 

When I email Discord, telling them the situation, they reply with this:

And then any message sent from that email is instantly ignored.

That is not even a person, yet it took them 24 hours to reply.  I struggle to believe that they even reviewed the case.  I find the fact that they ignore me highly unprofessional.   Including the fact thqt they also cannot get a real human to reply to my message.  

So, of course, I email them back, and get no reply.    I have tried calling Discord many times, but their voice mail just says they are closed.

I then went to twitter, where they obviously viewed my message, but ignored it as well.

I have now been suspended for the fourth time, for a simular reason, this time I was blacklisted to send a link to a website, which I did.   these users knew my address, and they were serious of harming me.   

I had 17 days of nitro, and I would hate to need to refund every cent of that.   If a Discord user is reading this, please give me more information, or ask for more.  I am honestly happy to provide you with as much information as possible.  

I have 29 days left before my account is deleted for ever, and would hope to get it back.
