Changing the time for Discord notifications

I love using discord to get updates of my favorite games. That is why I follow the official servers and set to receive all the notifications from 'announcement' channel. However, there is a big issue preventing this from being useful as it sounds.

The problem is the notification disappears very quickly after it appears. It happens so fast that most the time I only hear a sound but have no idea what the notification was.

Not only that, it would have been fine if the notification ended up in the Windows 10 action center permanently until I view it or dismiss it. However, when it does end up in the Action Center, it disappears within 5 seconds or less.

Please allow use to change so that we can have the discord notification permanently reside in the Action Center.

    I've had this issue for so long and can't seem to fix it. Drives me crazy because I can never click a notification on time to go to the message. It disappears too quickly and doesn't show up in the Action Center, so what's the point?
