We always get directed here for feedback, but then when you look here and search by the stuff you have responded on we have not been replied to in months.

Give us some feedback and insight into what changes you are making, or want to make, so that we can actually give you feedback on things you are thinking of doing rather than hating the things you change.. Whether its a poll on things to implement to show what the community is interested in, or a list at the very least so we know what is being planned or is coming.

Being hit with updates we don't ask for or worse do not want sucks, and the more info we get in regards to changes that may be coming the better, for everyone.

    This is the great initiative had been taken by Discord to take the feedback from the customer so that we can  provide our feedback about your products and services.

    Customer survey is a very important part in the customer satisfaction. zaxby's listens.com survey will help the company to improve the product and services.

    Sadly this feels like a way to placate users.  At least when users see the same simple/basic problems for years, duplicate entries for the same problems, and zero responses from the company.
