give users better protection and security

discord has been failing at protecting their users privacy. they're ignoring the complaints about the f2a issue going on, along with the constant request of deleting / removing / expiring the messages left behind deleted accounts, AND not answering the simple request of being able to delete multiple messages at once. Why do they continue to ignore these requests for better protection and privacy? I know these things are no overnight fix but they're not even bothering to respond to such repeated requests that more beneficial than negative. I'm sure implementing these requests would reduce a lot of the tickets of help they receive on the daily. This is getting very tiring.

yeah I wish there was some 3sv (3-step verification) where you get a text message saying a verification code to enter an account

that's a good way of account security, and should be enabled if 2fa is on (not really or what)
