Make Pruning be restricted to Owners

After the recent update, now it's possible to prune users with roles as well.

As a server owner of a fairly large server (40k+), I'm very concerned about this new update and it's difficult to feel safe.

To protect my server, I've given roles to everyone to make sure it's impossible to suddenly prune even for admins.

However, the new update made my current setting useless, anyone with kick permission can still prune my server despite having everyone with roles.

For anyone wondering about why I'm worried over this, I should choose better people for the permissions, right?
You need to understand, having the 'kick' permission is a whole different matter than the 'prune' permission.
Pruning the server takes a couple of seconds to kick thousands of members... I would never give that permission to anyone. Even if you trust your staff team, pruning can kill the community, none except you should be able to use it.

We use bots, but there are admins within the server too, and that's not the biggest issue, using bots slows the process of banning, especially against raids, and I'm not quite fond of locking the server to protect it from raids, we're a public server.

All I'm asking from you discord is to make the pruning button be accessible by owners only.
It makes sense, and it should be easy to implant compared to many other updates.

I can see what you are talking about. A prune permission sounds like a good idea to protect users with "kick members" to prune users and be abusive, so hey I wish it was a feature too :(

Amazing idea. Hope I can see this come in the next update. I didn't know my mods had permission to prune lmao now I'm anxious 😳😳😳
