screen sharing and streaming got ruined

I used to share my screen in calls all the time and it was super super useful. this new "go live" stuff has totally ruined that. not only has it ruined screen sharing, it has ruined application streaming as well.i used to stream fallout to my girlfriend in a private call. now we have to join a server to stream, well over half the time it doesn't work and there's no audio, no video, etc... why fix it if it's not broken? you guys say you wanted to improve streaming or whatever but you totally ruined it. it was absolutely fine before and now it's junk.

we've been trying to find a different chat service for this reason.

i've been streaming to her on twitch which is a bigger hassle than you think. if you could bring back the overly simple, works-every-time system that we used to have, that would be great.
