Why has the Discord Store been removed, and taking every game on it with it?

I have been developing a game and thought about putting it on discord. Until I found Gondal: Revenge of the caterpillar on Discord. I later went back to it and found that it was removed. I went to every single game I knew of on Discord. They were all gone. I found an error involving "Invalid SKU" in the Inspect menu. Why does Discord still let people sell games on their platform? I'm not angry at this, I'm just confused as to why all these games are gone.
