[Feature Request] Allowing user to control the volume of a particular voice channel instead of controlling the volumes of users seperately

This feature will provide a more convenient experience for users as they could therefore be able to control the volume of a channel when in a call in a simpler way and no longer need to control the volumes of each user separately that is time-consuming and troublesome
