Pinned Direct/Private Chats

I talk to a fair few people and it'd be really convenient if you could pin people and groups so I don't have to scroll through them all, a solution I've taken is just removing the chats from people I don't talk to as much but it's not much of a fix. I've been using Teams (For work obvs) and the pinned chats are the only thing that seems intuitive about that service and they are extremely useful, and I was really surprised that Discord hadn't thought of implemting that.
