Where are the Discord staff?
It's been a few days no reply email, and the helper always says "we are increasing the volume, and will reply to your message soon". Always answer like that, it's been more than a week maybe more (for other email senders and feel the same way). Wait? be patient? done, and then what else? when do you answer email? especially regarding the problem of the account being disabled without warning / clear reason. Are you adding volume by answering automated messages using bots? is that what you're adding? because if someone sends a ticket/email, it is only answered by the bot.

This happens to me too, usually if the ticket has been open for a long time they ignore it so I would suggest opening a new one although that may also course problems as you would be with a new person, also you are assigned to a staff member who handles your ticket and whenever you open it someone on those work hours will be assigned to it, so if your wait has been under 24 hours it’s probably just a work schedule and also the staff handle multiple tickets and might be focusing on other people.
